PM Oli Awards Chinnalata Puraskar to Notable Contributors in Nepali Arts and Literature

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has honored various individuals with the Chinnalata Puraskar for their significant contributions to Nepali language, literature, and art.

On the 102nd birth anniversary of lyricist Ramola Devi Shah ‘Chinnalata’ celebrated today, PM Oli awarded lyricist Bhusan Kharel, musician Manaraja Nakarmi, singer Shiva Pariyar, and youth singer Menuka Poudel.

These awards were for the year Chinnalata Puraskar-2079 BS.

For Chinnalata Puraskar-2080 BS, the recipients included lyricist Birendra Pathak, musician Chandi Prasad Kafle, singer Manila Sotang, and youth singer Bhupu Pandey.

Each award in the lyrics, music, and singing categories carries a cash prize of 100,000 rupees, while the youth singing category includes a cash prize of Rs 50,000.
