Yashaswi Pragya Pratisthan Announces Call for Submissions for ‘Yashaswi Award 2080’

Yashaswi Pragya Pratisthan has called for book submissions for the ‘Yashaswi Award 2080’ through a press release on Friday. The Pratisthan has requested Nepali authors to submit three copies of their books, whether in Nepali or English, published within 2080 Chaitra, both inside and outside Nepal, to the office of Yashaswi Pragya Pratisthan by Asar 21, 2081 (July 5).

Among the participating books, one outstanding book from each category of fiction, non-fiction, poetry, history/culture/research, and translation/miscellaneous will be awarded the ‘Yashaswi Award 2080,’ along with a cash prize of 20,000 rupees and certificates. The award ceremony will take place during the 3rd Kathmandu-Kalinga Literature Festival, scheduled to be held on September 7 and 8, 2024.
