The Academy of Bharatpur Metropolitan City has announced the name of top 10 story writers of the ‘National Open Story Competition’.
Among the 72 stories received in the competition, the Academy of Bhatarpur had previously announced names of the top 25 story writers on 22nd of Chaitra before declaring the top 10.
The list of selected top 10 story writers include: Agyat Yuwa (Kathmandu), Ananta Lamsal (Nuwakot), Anita Panthi (Lamjung), Dipin Sijapati (Dailekh), Mandira Madhushree (Morang), Radhika Kalpit (Chitwan), Shobha Lamichhane (Kaski), Samip Khadka (Ramechhap), Saroj Ujad (Nawalparasi), and Sitaram Koirala (Chitwan).
As informed by the Secretary-member of the Academy of Bharatpur Metropolitan City Balakrishna Thapaliya, five shortlisted stories will be made public in the first week of Chaitra before announcing the final result.
