Nepali Pratibha Pratisthan, UK has announced this year’s ‘Pratibha Puraskar’ (Talent Award) to young historian and Yakthung Mundhum scholar Sandhya Subba Singzango from Sikkim, India. Similarly, the ‘Pratibha Samman’ (Talent Honor) will be awarded to veteran writer and journalist Rajeshwar Thapa from Taplejung.
During its meeting in the UK, the Foundation announced that Sandhya Subba Singzango will receive the Pratibha Puraskar with NPR 100,000, while Rajeshwar Thapa will be honored with the Pratibha Samman, which includes NPR 50,000, said Foundation president Tank Banem.
