Nepal Academy has announced for the ‘Mother Language Poetry Competition’ occasioning the International Day of Mother Language on February 21 . Issuing a notice, the Academy has asked the interested poets to submit their poetry in their respective mother language not exceeding 150 words. The deadline for the poetry submission is mentioned as February 8. The Academy has also requested the participants to send a recent passport-sized photograph and a brief introduction of the author along with a soft copy of the poem.
