The Chief Administrative Officer of Bharatpur Metropolitan City Narendra Rana’s debut poetry collection “U ra Ma” (S/he and I) has been released. The book was made public by the Academy of Bharatpur Metropolitan on Tuesday.
Author Rana expressed that he has tried to express his experience of college days through the collection.
Critic Keshavraj Chalisel said that Rana has presented themes of nature, environment, patriotism, love, nationalism, freedom, rebellion, existential consciousness, and philosophy through his poetry.
Another Critic Uday Adhikari stated, “Expressing ideas about rebellion, nationalism, and corruption is a challenging task for government officials, which Rana has done through his poetry.”
The poetry collection consists of 36 poems, including 31 in prose and 5 in rhythmic form.
According to Balkrishna Thapaliya, Secretary of the Academy of Bharatpur Metropolitan, this poetry collection is the Academy’s second publication.
