Today the rice,
Was very nice.
On this day,
I want to say hurry.
I like to dance,
With my hands.
I like to see,
the TV.
I see a witch,
And I want to have lunch.
I want to play,
On this day.
(Author Khusi is a published poet who writes poems in Portuguese and English. Her first book is ‘OS POEMAS DA PEQUENA KHUSI’, an anthology of poems in Portuguese. Currently, she is a third grader student and resides in Belém, Lisbon, Portugal.)
