Sushant Thapa
Momentary happiness and false hope,
Only shine in the dark.
We need lights throughout the day
Including the bright ones
Creating festive delights.
Hope is also a light;
It is also a festive arcana.
The society needs healing
In books we have chanted mantras
The readers are leading astray,
We need a bondage,
The words can free us.
Peace soothes the mind
In freedom of thought.
Needy hands wait to be served
Through hunger-ending actions.
No aim is trivial
Delight is like a bright night.
We as a world, share the words
to be read together. This is a gift.
With the waking dawn,
Comes the prayer of peace
The nightingale sings of freedom.
Through a trespassing gate of stillness
I see your mandala of peaceful abode.
