Dharanidhar Adhikari
Beneath Himalayas, under skies,
Time flows, Vikram Samvat vibes.
A splendor land, rivers weave,
Yet in its power, discord seethes.
Beauty’s stage, history’s breath,
Leaders flail, governance left.
Chairs fly, anger’s halls,
Land weeps, legacy falls.
O leaders, vanity’s cloak,
Squandered treasures, unity broke.
Seats of service, deceit’s throne,
Forgotten promises, ambition shown.
Stagnant sun, progress’s calendar,
Vikram Samvat runs, a backward bar.
Baisakh whispers, change estranged,
Corridors of power, unchanged.
Guardians, where Buddha tread,
Uplift, heal, be led.
Duty calls, guide the way,
Hope sighs under your sway.
A nation’s plea, in this verse,
Chaos out, dignity first.
Awaken, see through mist,
Honor steer, with caring fist.
Let not tales, shadows fade,
Rise from pride, paths unmade.
Virtue’s forge, integrity’s guide,
Be the change, let pride reside.
In every heart, a flame does yearn,
For glory’s return, let leaders learn.
Your calling, in deed and word,
Voice heard, change occurred.
