“What is that?” David screamed bending his head towards me.
“Why are you yelling?” I said, glancing outside and saw that a massive object is coming afar towards our spaceship. I was shaken from inside and so did David as reflected by his face.
We were returning towards Earth from our space mission named TXN 48. In this mission we had completed a research of migrating Earthians on a planet named VTN 31 lying about 84 AU off the solar system. David was my space commander in this mission.
“That meteor is speeding towards us. What shall we do now?” David added being fidget. He used the sensor installed in our spaceship and found that the meteor was approaching swiftly towards us at the speed of 250kmps.” Get some solution immediately dear friend.” He begged a patronage from me.
“Wait. I would resolve it in a jiffy.” I said with nothing in my brain.
“Let’s turn this spaceship elsewhere so that the meteor wouldn’t hit us.” I said.
“Once we changed the route we can’t reach Earth as we have just enough fuel in this shortest route. In addition, our communication system is likely to be disconnected. We might lost our route.” He replied mentioning the problems.
“Our first priority is to save our life. Don’t think about future just focus on present scenario. Immediately change our route otherwise we would burn into ashes.” I said.
Then David immediately change our way towards an abyss in unfathomable space.
After three days of our voyage the meteor became invisible.
We sighed deeply and said, “Thank god, we are safe now.”
“What the hell is this?” David said pressing haphazardly here and there on the dashboard of the spaceship.
“What happened now?” I lost my patience and said.
“This spaceship is not in my control. It is being swallowed by a substantial gravity from an occult object.” He replied.
“What!” I screamed thinking why all the problems are circumnavigating only around us.
Then our spaceship started moving swiftly towards an occult object.
We were ignorant of the situation. There was no any visible celestial object where our spaceship is falling. What a bizarre situation. Where the gravitational force was coming from? It was hard to decipher.
Suddenly our spaceship hit an object and stopped moving. However, there was nothing. Spaceship seemed to be floating in the space however, it stopped moving. Darkness all around. We saw starts , planets and many other celestial objects glittering afar however, there was nothing visible here.
“What a miracle, David?” I said.
“He didn’t open his mouth but just nodded being bewildered.”
“Let’s step off the spaceship slowly.” I said.
David carried a torchlight and we stepped off the spaceship.
It looked like a void and dark however, to our surprise, we could walk on the void. While walking we felt the presence of matter there which was very soft and spongy however, we couldn’t see it. Even the beam of our torchlight couldn’t make the matter visible. We were walking away from our spaceship and heard some peculiar voices coming from nearby.
“It seems that some aliens are talking there.” David said pointing towards the sound.
We walked slowly and the sound became louder however, we can’t see the alien.
“ I think this is a planet made of dark matter, ain´t it Kamal?” David put forth a query.
I see him eye to eye in consent.
In the meantime we collided with some invisible objects. A loud scream made us deaf immediately after our collision. “I think we encountered with dark aliens, ain’t it David?”
“I think so.” He replied.
“Lets get back to our spaceship and set our journey towards Earth.” David said.
We both came back to our spaceship however, it was dysfunctional.
“Let me check!” David said.
He checked everything and found that the fuel was already evaporated off and became empty.
“What to do? There is no fuel!” David said to me with his eyes full of worries and woes.
Then we bring out our spectrometer and found that the planet was full of light sources however, it was out of the range of visible and electromagnetic spectrum so we couldn’t see them. Then we devised spectacle that could change the dark spectrum into visible spectrum. It took almost six months.
Once we use the spectacle we were bewildered by what we saw. The dark planet was much more advanced than our earth. The dark creatures were very bizarre however, they are far more intelligent than us. But they didn’t have eye. So they couldn’t see and feel us.
Now the entire dark world was visible to us. We moved outside to search for the fuel. In the meantime, we saw a spaceship very far but it was full of dark creatures. We waited until all the dark creatures step off their spaceship and once they came outside we get inside their spaceship and flew away.
