The Lalbandi Nagar Wangmaya Parishad has announced a call for book submissions for the Lalbandi Nagar Wangmaya Parishad Bhasha tatha Sahitya Puraskar–2082 and the Sahityik Shaheed Krishna Lal Adhikari Memorial Award–2082.
According to a notice issued by Parishad Chair Achyut Adhikari, the Krishna Lal Adhikari Memorial Award will honor a personality with long-standing dedication to Nepali language and literature. The recipient will receive a cash prize of 50,000 rupees along with a certificate of honor.
Similarly, books are invited from nationally recognized literary figures for the Lalbandi Nagar Wangmaya Parishad Bhasha tatha Sahitya Puraskar–2082. Eligible works must be written in Nepali, can belong to any literary genre, and must have been published after 2080 B.S.
Writers are required to submit two copies of their book along with a complete personal profile to the Parishad’s office by 30th Shrawan 2082. Submissions received after the deadline will not be considered.
One outstanding work will be selected for the award, which includes a cash prize of NPR 50,000 and a certificate. The names of the top 10 shortlisted works, along with the award ceremony date, time, and venue, will be announced later.
Books must be sent to Lalbandi Nagar Wangmaya Parishad, Lalbandi–7, Sarlahi, Madhesh Province, Nepal.
