Krishna Kedem’s ‘Eauta Gaule Thito’ Released

Krishna Kedem’s ‘Eauta Gaule Thito’, a collection of autobiographical essay, has been released on Tuesday during a literary event organized at Green Field Restauran, Putalisadak. Member of Language commission Gopal Ashya, who was present as the chief guest of the event, launched the book

Speaking in the event,  Ashya said, “Story is a genre of literature which implies pronouns to refer to fictional characters while narrating the story. Resemblance of the fiction to any person will merely be a co-incidence preventing the author from any charges. But a memoire, unlike fiction, is purely upon the author’s life and no excuses can be made.”

Cultural expert Dr. Bhalka Rai said that essay as a literary genre includes memoire, travelogue etc. and stated that writing such essay is one of the vibrant act of literature.”

While sharing writing experience, Author Krishna Kedem said that the idea of writing about life experience gave shape to the present book.  “I have included my travel experiences to  different countries in the book. At the same time, I have shared the ideas I learned and observed in those countries.” claimed author Kedem.

Singer Deepak Limbu, musician Basanta Mukarung, president of  Kirat Yangthung Chulung Kathmandu Dambar Bahadur Tumbahamfe, litterateur Prem Ribusal and various personalities were present in the program.
