Kavidanda Fiction Award 2080 Presented to Prof. Krishna Gautam

This year’s Kavidanda Fiction Award has been conferred upon Professor Krishna Gautam for his novel Advait. The award was presented by the Kavidanda Literary Society, Chitwan, during a ceremony held in Sauraha.

Society’s  president L.B. Chhetri presented the award worth 125,000 rupees to Professor Gautam along  with a certificate of appreciation.

In his remarks, President Chhetri discussed the societal message conveyed by Advait. Critic Dr. Eak Narayan Paudel, reviewing the novel, praised Advait as one of the year’s finest works of fiction.

Expressing his gratitude, Professor Gautam shared that the honor has inspired him to create more literary works. Poet and  critic Mahesh Paudyal also discussed about the novel during the event.

Previously, Gautam’s  Advait also received the prestigious Padmashree Award.
