The poetry collection “Ardhbrahma” by poet and playwright Ram K.C. was launched during a book release event held at the Regal Flavors Hotel on April 8.
The book was jointly released by literary figures Mangala Maya Shrestha, Shree Om Shrestha ‘Rodan’, senior writer Dhruv Madhikarmi, senior poet Abhaye Shrestha, and senior journalist Kumar Ranjit.
The anthology comprises poems in both Nepali and Nepal Bhasa (Newari).
During the event, Roda, Madhikarmi, Shrestha, and senior journalist Ranjit provided critical commentary on the newly released book.
Poet K.C. also recited some of his poems during the event. The book, with layout, design, and illustrations by Lakshmi Vaidya, contains 36 long poems.
Attendees at the event included Tikabhakt Jirel, Niraj Dhakal, Kiran Chapagain, and Utsav Rijal, among others.
