Noted literary writer Jhamak Ghimire has been honored with the Koshi Excellence Award 2081.
At a ceremony held on Sunday, Koshi Province Chief Minister Hikmat Kumar Karki presented the award. Due to circumstances preventing Ghimire from attending, litterateur Lekhnath Ghimire accepted the award on her behalf.
According to Pradesh Khabar Chairperson Pawan Adhikari, the award was later handed over to Ghimire through Gopal Guragain, Chair of the Jhamak Ghimire Foundation.
The Koshi Excellence Award was organized to mark the second anniversary of pradeshkhabar.com, recognizing outstanding individuals across 13 categories.
