‘Japanese Film Festival 2024’ to Take Place in Kathmandu and Pokhara

With the aim of promoting Japan and its culture in Nepal, the Embassy of Japan in Nepal is organizing the ‘Japanese Film Festival 2024’ in Kathmandu and Pokhara.

According to the press note released by the Embassy of Japan in Nepal, five Japanese films will be screened at the Pokhara Chamber of Commerce and Industries, Gaira Patan, on .The notice reads that movies, Office Royale, Children of the Sea, and It’s a Summer Film, will be featured on Saturday and Almost a Miracle and Only the Cat Knows, on Sunday, March 9.

Similarly, Five Japanese films will be featured in Kathmandu at Rastriya Naach Ghar on 15th and 16th of March. Two movies, Key of Life and Time Scoop Hunter: The Movie, on March 15 will be screened on Friday and three movies, Shiori, Neko Ninja, Kamome Diner, on March 16.

The notice also states that the movies to be screened on March 9 and 10 in Pokhara will also be screened in Kathmandu at the Japanese Embassy Hall on March 20 and 21.
