Suhana Bhatta
I was intoxicated through the eyes,
Lost in depths of moonlit skies.
A single gaze, a whispered spell,
Drowned me deep where shadows dwell.
Your glance was fire, fierce yet cold,
A tale of love and lies untold.
I sipped the poison, sweet and slow,
A burning ache I’ll never outgrow.
Years may pass, the seasons turn,
Yet still, for you, my embers burn.
No dawn can break, no night can fade,
The ghost of you my heart has made.
A thousand years may come and go,
But through my veins, your echoes flow.
Drunk on dreams I can’t erase,
Forever lost in your embrace.
