‘Ekal Anjan Sanjh’ Held in the Capital

The ‘Ekal Anjan Sanjh,’ a ghazal recitation and singing event by young ghazalist NB Anjaan, was held in the capital on Saturday, drawing a significant gathering of literary enthusiasts.

Organized by the Godhuli Literary Foundation and coordinated by poet Prajwal Adhikari, the event featured singer Raj Sagar, who joined Anjaan in the musical performances. The program was moderated by Ghazalist Babu Tripathi.

Anjaan, known for his quiet dedication to literature, delivered a heartfelt recitation that received warm applause and calls for an encore from the audience. Alongside his contributions to literature, Anjaan also writes and directs films. Critics often view him as an example of dedication and humility in the literary field.

Author of several books, including the Ghazal collections Marubhumi Sahitya Yatra, Aahuti, and Mausam, as well as the Haiku collection Aadha Inch and Rubaiyat collection Kopila, Anjaan was honored with the Godhuli Sahitya Samman at the event.
