Pahichan Puraskar Kosh (Identity Award Fund) has nominated eight outstanding books for the ‘Pahichan Award-2080.’
The selected books include Silidung by Geelu Ratos, Gopicha by Bishwo Kuikel, Agoko Pidar by Mithoch, O Pengdorje by Raju Syangtang, Chiya Guff by Pravin Khaling (India), Sapanaharuko Bahi by Abhagi Theguwa, Mundum Trail by Shyam Samsohang Rai, and Tyasari Ta Kahilei Sochiyena by Nirbhikjung Rayamajhi.
Out of these eight selected books, one will be awarded the Pahichan Award, which carries a cash prize of 402,002 rupees (four lakh two thousand two rupees).
So far, 11 works have received the Pahichan Award.
