Dr. Binod Dhakal’s novel “Baguwa Pani”, has been launched during a program held in Kathmandu. The novel centers on the theme of road accidents.
While unveiling the book, senior literary figure Bhagirathi Shrestha remarked that the novel effectively highlights societal discrepancies in a sweet and straightforward style.
Dean of Kathmandu University School of Medical Sciences, Professor Dr. Manoj Humagai, and Professor Dr. Ajay Risal noted that the novel vividly portrays the reality of Nepali society.
Similarly, Journalist and author Ramkumar Baniya stated that “Baguwa Pani” reveals social reality by focusing on societal issues.
Previously, Dr. Dhakal had published a book on pathology (the science of diseases). Professionally a pathologist, Dr. Dhakal serves as an associate professor at Kathmandu University.
