Santosh Kumar Pokharel
Your hands, those healing hands of grace,
A gift of care in time and place,
They soothed my neck, with touch so kind,
And eased the dread that gripped my mind.
A venomous sting, an insect’s mark,
A mountain trip turned cold and stark,
The fear that health would falter, fail,
And leave me lost on fate’s harsh trail.
But you, dear Doctor, calm and strong,
Three souls united, working long,
With patience, skill, and tender art,
You mended both my wound and heart.
In half an hour, your steady hands,
Removed the sting with gentle plans,
Each gesture pure, each word so bright,
You turned my darkness into light.
O Doctor Giulia , forever dear,
Your kindness brought both hope and cheer,
I dream of days our paths may cross,
To share a smile, to count no loss.
God bless your soul, your healing touch,
For saving me meant more than much,
A poet’s prayer, sincere and true,
With gratitude, I honor you.
Forever grateful, I remain,
Your gentle care relieved my pain,
May life reward your selfless art,
You hold a place within my heart.
