Dhakal’s ‘Samjhanaka Swarharu’ Launched

Megh Raj Dhakal launched his epic Samjhanaka Swarharu during an event organized by Syangja Literary, Society in Syangja. Speaking during the launch, Prof. Dr. Yam Bahadur Chettri and litterateur Kumar Rana regarded the book as one closely linked with our history. The epic is compiled in 80 pages which contains 19 poems that portray different political revolutions of Nepal since 2007 up to People’s Mass Movement of 1989 and the subsequent activities. The author who belongs to Adhikhola Rural Municipality-6, Syangja is a doctorate in Population Studies and has been teaching Economics and Population Studies in Kathmandu. His works published earlier include children’s songs, poems and epics.
