Renowned author Bharat Jungam’s highly acclaimed novel “Kalo Surya” (Black Sun) has been showcased through picture in an art exhibition. The exhibition, titled “A Fusion of Art and Literature,” prepared by artist Indu Panta, marks the first instance of such fusion being presented in the world of art. Organized by Anticorruption Academy, the exhibition was inaugurated by the Chancellor of Nepal Academy of Fine Arts Narad Muni and former chancellor of the Academy Ragini Upadhyay.
The program featured speeches by the chief guest, Chancellor Narad Muni, former chancellor Ragini, artist Indu Panta, and author Bharat Jungam.
The exhibition, which kicked off on February 20, will be carried out till Februrary 24 at the Nepal Art Council, and then from March 16 to 22 at Nepal Academy of Fine Arts, Nakshal. A total of 27 artworks have been displayed at the exhibition.
The event was moderated by Anup Jungam, the chairman of the Anticorruption Academy.
