Believe Like a Drunkard

Sushant Kumar BK

The unwavering trust of a drunkard:
Wine is simply water,
No problem it causes.

His objection:
Wine contains certain chemicals.

How STRONG he is!
His individuality defies universality!

In the same way, embrace your love
Like a drunken soul
Look beyond the obvious
Love beyond the obvious
Beyond societal norms
Forgive mistakes
Forget mistakes
Like Prospero
Love will ever shine
Breaking the darkest line.

Prospero: A a character who is thought to be the epitome of “forgive and forget” in the play The Tempest by William Shakespeare
