Nepali Congress has decided to resume its adjourned BP Literature Festival on 3rd of Ashoj occasioning the constitution day of Nepal.
A press release issued by the Central Committee of Nepali Congress states that the final day of BP Literature Festival will be carried on the constitution day from 10:30 am – 5 pm at BP Memorial Building, Sanepa.
Nepali Congress had to put off its final day of the festival after the unexpected demise of Constituent Assembly chair, former speaker and CPN (UML) vice chairperson Subas Chandra Nembang on 26th of Bhadra. The three days festival which started from 24th of Bhadra, was suppose to conclude on 26th of Bhadra. But NC central committee decided to adjourn its final day of the festival paying due reverence to CA Chairman Nembang’s death.
The final day of the festival will follow different interactive sessions with the experts on various topics. Organizer Nepali Congress invites writers, litterateurs, intellectuals, researchers, politicians and social workers to be a part of the historic festival.
