‘Adhyaro Bastiki Nayika’ conferred With Story Award

Story writer Dila Shah has been awarded with Sanat Ratnma Katha Samman 2079 for her story collection Adhyaro Bastiki Nayika. The award, which was established in the name of story writer Sanat Regmi and his wife, was conferred to story writer Dila Shah during an award function organized by Madya Pachhim Srasta Samaj in Nepaljung.

Service Commission member of Lumbini Technological University Prof. Dr. Krishna Prasad Ghimire had handed over the award worth 10111 rupees to story writer Shah. Prof Ghimire saw a good story potential in writer Shah and asked her to keep striving for story writing in coming days.

Speaking in the event, critic Lokendra Prasad Pyakurel reflected upon the award winning book. Critic Pyakurel asserted that the book introduces women as major characters and the stories based on children psychology have added readability to the book.

Author Dila Shah confessed that the award she received has added further motivation in her for story writing.

Story writer and founder of the award Sanat Regmi informed that the award operated by Bidyakutir Foundation will be annually provided to the story and its writer that which meets the criteria set by the foundation. The award will be granted every year on the birth anniversary of story writer Regmi.
